I sent my 6th airtime bill off about 3 weeks ago to the Acton office- haven't heard anything so rang- they can't advise if they have received your claim or not only once a cheque has been isued. Says could take up to 60 days which is worrying if it does go astray in post as by then, I'll be outside the 30 day limit tehy require. I kept copies so sent again by recorded delivery last week and not heard naything so far.
If anyone has recieved there's please let us all know.0 -

Spoke to someone today and have sent my 6th airtime bill today (17th June bill) as 3 bill immediately when you connect (ie I got a bill dated 19th January including 18019th Jan, then advance for the next month.
Address has changed on their website from North Acton to Wednesdbury - I was told to send to the latter but worth phoning them up to check (freephone number on www.saynoto0870.co.uk.

I've just spoken to CPW and been given the original Acton address for Cashback claims!!!
BTW I had a problem with the network line rental discount over the first 3 months--it should have been half price for the first 3 months, but I was given the first month free then full price thereafter, so I've paid an extra £15---they said it will be adjusted with that amount extra on first cashback. I sent a (colour) photocopy of my whole bill to the Acton address and when I phoned them to check if they'd received it, they said I should have sent it to the Wednesbury address!! I told him your website says that I should send it to Acton and he said the website is out of date and needs updating!! But don't worry, all letters sent to Acton, automatically get forwarded to Wednesbury.
I posted it on the 29th June and received a text message confirmation on Friday 8th July to confirm that they'd received my bill and that it would take upto 45 days to receive my cheque - that's a long time!!0 -
I finally recieved on Friday night a text from CPW confirming they had receieved my claim and to await up to 45 days for the cashback cheques to arrive. Unsure if they have responded to my first or 2nd request but both were sent to Acton.0
