Just enter OYSTER into the code box when buying tickets on the ticketmaster website. Note offer is only valid for tickets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You won't find this on the transport for london website but it does work I just bought two top price tickets (box seats) for the price of one.

I have got my email for 2 tickets, for Sun 3rd 2.30pm show, but I am desperate to find one more ticket so that I can take my son. If some kind soul out there has a spare ticket, please email me, the ticket would be greatly appreciated.:A

bell5, you may know this one. my son is 16 months old, will he need a ticket? if anyone else can help i'd be very grateful (saying that i have applied but nothing to say im going to get some !)

Yep I used someone elses and no probs - yo just say '' I would like to collect tickets under the name of .......'' and they have some envelopes they look through. If not there then they give you some spare tickets they have .. all great views .. so no need to worry

It looks like you dont get a confirmation email until a day or two before the date you selected to go. Therefore you may still have a chance of getting some.

I was at work looking for a 2 for 1 on this site( in my break of course) saw the link applied and forgot about it

I wasnt sure of the validity to be honest... Got email back on tues still didnt think about it almost booked some tickets 2 for 1 on evening standard offer ...

then came back from shopping and saw envelope on the mat today FREE TICKETS FOR TOMMOROW SHOW Royal BOx !!! I HAD plans but not anymore I am assuming that they are authentic... I never post here but I had to say a great big thankyou to whoever posted the original link <<<THANK:jYOU>>>

P.s if you could put my mind at easy someone and tell me the tickets they got through the post were authentic as I am taking my 8 year old son and I dont want any problems at the door I have a long journey to be disappointed:mad:... Thanks Again every one .. Marcia

I got 2 tickets for tomorrow afternoon for my daughter and grandson and received confirmation a week ago but the tickets have not arrived. Do you go to the O2 box office to collect or is it somewhere else please?

Also do you know if there is a box office phone number as she is nervous of going all the way there to find that there aren't any tickets.

Hi Sheila

Your daughter would pick the tickets up at the tent, if the email confirms that seats have been reserved she should be okay taking the email to exchange for tickets.
