What a dilemma!!0 -
I just phoned "Lara" on the same number: 02083054625 - She is the event manager
She was very nice, and explained that If I purchased some tickets for my family, she would do her best to try and ensure that when I arrived with my email that she would get us all close together somewhere. Can't ask for more than that.

I used all four passwords to no avail, but everything is available on ebay now, how is that unfair if people try to make some money out of things? It's fantastic that some people here are willing to pass on their spare tickets for free, but it's also in human nature to make a profit. It's silly to think no one would.
Of course it's great if people can make a few quid for nothing, that's why we're all signed up to this site right?! I'm just really dissapointed that I can't get any tickets to a show that I really want to see and with a hubbie and 2 kids I can't afford the face value. Maybe I'll buy some on ebay0 -
I would just like to thank Medway Queen for donating their tickets to me so i could watch the show last night.
I was meant to be going with my wife but she fell ill at the last minute so i took my son instead.
A totally brilliant show and would definately recommend to anyone.
Got to the O2 about 6pm by tube and thought i had best to go sort out the tickets first to make sure no problems as i was using someone else email confirmation.
As you get to the main entrance on your right hand side there is a decorated bus to buy tickets for the show, ignore them and walk straight into the O2 and follow the signs for the show, you have to walk a far distance past all the resturants etc probably about 10min walk.
Got to the tent to find about 10 people hanging around only to be told that the doors dont open until 6:45pm so wandered back down to the resturants to get a Starbucks.
Went back to the tent about 7pm and still not many people around, gave the email to the ticket people who checked the name and then looked through a card index box with loads of envelopes in it for my tickets, dont know if my tickets where meant to be there as after looking under the alphabetical slot for the name, she just gave me 2 VIP tickets out of a book she had next to it.
No questions asked just looked at the name and gave us tickets.
Proceeded into the 1st part of the tent which is where the bar & food is (£4 for a pint of Becks, £2.50 for 500ml soft drinks, £3 for a cappuccino ,authentic food for £4+).
I did not see anyone being searched and bags were allowed so my advice would be eat before you go in or take stuff in with you if you want to save some money.
They have different areas of the tents laid out as VIP areas but they didnt query anyone on wether you were VIP or not.
Ditched our jackets in the cloakroom as it is well heated in there (£1.50 per item) and hung around until they let people into the main arena which was about 7:45pm.
Our tickets put us in VIP block 5 and no actual seat reservation so you got to pick which seat you wanted in that block out of about 15 seats. To be honest wherever you sat you had a good view and even the farthest away seat arent that far away from the stage.
Overall it looked about 3/4 full.
We sat right next to the stage which was great but only problem was it was in your face at times but good still.
Show was meant to start at 8pm but it was 10 mins late.
They stated no cameras or video during the show but i decided to chance my arm and see, within 5 mins of me trying it i got politely asked to put it awayThey do sell a full video of the show for £12.
The break was about 9:10 pm and lasted about 20 mins.
Show re-started about 9:30pm and we got out back outside about 10:45pm.
Walked back to the tube station which wasn't that busy and came home.
All in all a superb show.
Next stop now is Varekai - Cirque du Soleil at the Albert Hall
Anybody know of any deals for this?0 -
