Thanks to some very lovely people from this forum I finally managed to see the show tonight. I can confirm that it is absolutely no problem just turning up with an email printout. They look for the tickets reserved under that name but do not want to see ID. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed anyway. They open the doors for ticket collection 1 1/4 hours before, then you can go away again for a meal if you so wish (we had a very discounted meal in Zizzi's), but you are also welcome to buy drinks and snacks at the tent. They finally let us take our seats about 20 to 8. The show was absolutely fantastic! People were cheering, hollering and clapping throughout. Highlights for me were the male contortionist, the man dangling on the rope and the basketballers on the unicycles. The umbrella man was great too, but the female contortionist was almost scary to watch the way she bent her body this way and that. We were in Block B, Row 11 and I don't think there are any really bad seats in this tent. There were a lot of free seats though, the row in front of us was almost empty which gave us unrestricted view of the stage. It was a shame to see all those empty seats when people here are fighting so hard to get tickets, but it's like with the free cinema previews, I guess: the screening is booked out but the cinema is half empty.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I just got back a lil while ago from tonights showing and have to say its a fantastic show.
My seats were in Executive Box 16 which was great except for the big lighting rig in the way!not complaining though as the seats were free and only 2 acts were slightly ruined.
Such a great atmosphere and some truly amazing moments, some of the performers must have bodies made of iron!
Many thanks to the original poster, just need to get some more now for the rest of the family!"Control your money, dont let your money control you" - Easier said than done!

Just back from tonights show too!
Thought the show was excellent! We also had a nice discounted meal in Zizzis before the show, Zizzis probably done well out of MSErs tonight!
The show was brilliant, loved the basketball and the acrobatics were very impressive!
Drinks were expensive - £2.50 for a bottle of Pepsi & £4 for a bag of popcorn, to be expected I suppose, I'd take my own bottle in if I were going again (Newsagent type shop in the O2)
Car Park is £6 but only £3 at weekends for those of you going at the weekend, also I noticed you get a rebate on the car park if you go to the VUE cinema so at the weekend you could spend the day there.
Edit: Forgot to say, the only thing that ruined it for us were the rude gits in front of us that kept standing up taking photos of each other and dancing around like idiots.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
