It sounds pretty neat. I got one email saying that I hadn't "won" (I didn't realize it was a competition), then another email saying that the show I'd picked was already booked. Hm.

Just went to check again, and the following message is on the linked page:

Thank you very much for your overwhelmiming support. The original dates are now full. Alternatively, we have some more free tickets for our show tonight (1st February at 8pm).

Has anyone managed to get through on the phone? I have 2 tickets for Sat 3 pm ( confirmed 29 Jan) and now another email confirmation has arrived today for the same show - so not sure if I now have 4..don't want to turn up with the kids and not get in..

I have the same situation, I got my first email confirmation on 29th Jan and got a second one today. I phoned them and they asked if I had put another request in and I said that I had. They said there will be 2 sets of tickets then. However, I do know that I put further requests in via my DH and my DS for other dates, but I don't know if I put in a further request in my own name for the same date if you know what I mean. I do want all of us to go but I don't want to waste a trip for half the family if they can't get in!

Anyone else had 2 confirmations for the same show and if so, did you get 4 tickets? The emails are exactly the same...

My emails are the same except the 2nd one quotes the phone no - I also do not know if I appleid twice - may have hit send twice?
