Can I ask the advice of anyone already been to the show? What's the score with parking? It seems on the o2 website it says all parking has to be pre booked. Is that the case?

Pay and Display car parking is located in Car Park 4 (with an overflow in Car Park 2). The tariff is set at £5.00 for a 24hr period which is payable on arrival. It only costs £3 on a Sunday! There is no advance booking available for these car parks. Both are within easy walking distance of the O2 arena.

The main Car Park for the O2 (Car Park 1) IS pre-bookable but costs £20 so avoid that one!

The Peninsula and other areas of Greenwich is a Controlled Parking Zone and there is no parking on the roads surrounding The O2.

There is also NCP parking at a nearby tube station for £3/£6 depending on which day of the week you visit.

I also gave away tickets for last week to 'newbie's'.
I was just wondering about all the newbies in this thread, because of comments made about taking tickets from here and selling them on ebay, as was suggested.
We were all new once.

I tried the afrika afrika link yesterday. A page popped up i typed in the password and that was it. How do they know your email address if you don't type anyting in. I'm confused, can someone explain this to me please. I am a true newbie and would love to go with my son. Is the offer still valid?

I would just like to add that although I can understand concerns with "so called newbies", can I highlight the fact that it isnt only "so called - newbies" who could possibly sell a ticket on ebay. ANYONE could, whether you have been a member for 5 months or 5 days. I havnt been a member for long and feel slightly offended about some of the insinuations targeted at newbies. Please remember we were all newbies once and not anyone is out of the frame when it comes to malpractice.
