If the e mail title says Ticket Confirmation then yes it is genuine. You just need to print out the e mail and take it with you on the night to collect your tickets. Make sure to take some ID with you to confirm the name in the e mail, they might want to check it.

The Afrika Afrika banner should show in the e mail.

Yes, it will be genuine - (assuming you applied in the first place of course!).
You just go to the ticket desk on the right hand side of the entrance tent, and swop your confirmation for the tickets - they will give you the best available when you arrive, so go early. Allow 20 minutes or so to walk from the car park to the tents. It's an amazing show - you will love it! Enjoy:beer: Susielou

P.S. I would advise anyone going there to take their drinks and snacks with them, as they are very expensive at the venue (I think we paid £2.50 for a small bottle of coke and £4 for a small bag of popcorn). Also it saves queuing. There is no problem taking food and drink in - although it says not too, the majority of people do, and there are no bag searches etc.

Also, try to dress in layers, as it gets very hot in the tent. ENJOY:j

Have you tried the O2 phone promotion?

Using a phone on the O2 network text the word AFRIKA to 2020, they will send you a code to use when booking through Ticketmaster to get 2 tickets for the price of 1
