Spanish SIM in English Mobile not working?
I live in Spain now. My Spanish Vodafone PAYG mobile just died! I have an English Motorola T2288 Vodafone PAYG which I don't use any more. I've put the Spanish SIM card into it but it is asking me for a special code, 8 digits. I've never had one! Does anyone know why it won't work? Or have any suggestions as to how to make it work? I need the phone number and the data on the SIM!
Thank you to everyone who posts these competitions. You are all stars :T

Presumably your phone will need unlocking to accept the Spanish sim. I would assume that like the UK you would be able to get this done at a market.0

Some phones can be set to ask for the PUK when a different SIM is inserted.0
