Yeah tried the phone and saw them face to face. Wasn't really much they could do, I guess I'll go to the debt collection department, sort something out with them and get another job and never do it again!!

Two of us have said what we think in relation to that.

It's ok. I can take the harsher pieces of advice I mean I probably need the kick so I never do it again. At least it's a first and one day I can be like Dave too!!!!

I've never had a fee applied to any account of any kind, be it financial or other (utility, council tax etc). If I could provide evidence of this, believe me, I would.
