Hands up I have a vested interest in this as it is my brothers site. Hopefully no one will mind though as it could save you lots of money!
If you post an advert for your sale or rental on his site www.mydesres.com with up to 6 clear digital photos he will include it on the portal propertyfinder.com, yahoo, timesonline, telegraph, channel4 and wanadoo for free. Only covers London and Greater London however. This offer is just running for a couple of months to build the database up so please feel free to take advantage.
By the way, you can still advertise even if you are selling through an agent providing your contract says 'sole agency rights' and not 'sole selling rights'

While the original message was approved by MSE, I am not sure that spamming your own thread in order to bump it back to the top is reasonable.0
