    I know this. So did i but i am not as eloquent as you and curlyben. And scared to death of giving wrong advice. So only put down what i know from my own experiences. Just hope what i do put is at least half right.

    OK. Little update. I received a letter from hamtons today regarding the CCA saying they will be contacing the original creditor for the details and that will endeavour to do so within the 12 days. Though they advise me it will take longer.
    I also received my Credit report. All it has on it is a list of my linked addresses i.e.- B1,B2,B3. I can not see anything on it about a default.

    Another Quick update.

    Lowell say they can confirm that the Credit agreement can be retrieved from Cetelem's archive.

    They say "In an attempt to resolve this matter in an amicable way I would like to offer you a settlement to bring this matter to a close. I am willing to accept £123.20 as full and final settlement"

    I think not ;)
