Take out the word banking bit. As it was a store card. But looks ok to me. By the way were you at anothe address when the card was taken out. You will need to let them know that. Unless they have been in contact at your new address.

Me neither. Have just split from my partner so this is giving me something to channel my anger and bitterness into. Am on one big time. Got to be vengeful toward something and DCAs are my thing right now. As i said on anothe thread. Let battle commence. x x x x x

Thank you set me free. I am on a mission here on tis site. And could do with someone with some more knowledge of time frames for CCAs and SARs. Hope you dont mind helping. Thanks hun, I have done a lot of this stuff for myself but i dare not put anything in writing on time frames in case i am wrong. And do not want to give wrong advice.

you bloody star. i think i love you already. And for the SAR the time limit is 40 days. Going to try again to see if we can get a sticky on this. Not having much luck though at the minute.
