Tesco Mobile have just launched a new tariff called Standard Plus.

"If you’re a real chatterbox and always using your mobile then we have a new tariff that’s perfect for you. Our new Standard Plus tariff gives you a free monthly bonus of either 500 UK texts or 150 free UK minutes to UK mobiles and standard UK fixed-lines which can be used at any time. And the choice is yours – if you’re a texter and like the idea of free texts then they’re all yours. But if you’re more of a talker then you can choose the free minutes instead.
Where’s the catch?

There is no catch! All you have to do is top-up £15 a month to keep your free monthly bonus.
Your calltime credit will only start to be used after you’ve used up your free minutes or texts.
What do I get?

500 free UK texts to UK mobiles and standard UK fixed-lines to be used at any time OR 150 free UK minutes to UK mobiles and standard UK fixed-lines to be used at any time The Standard Plus tariff is automatically set-up so you’ll receive the free texts each month, but if you want to switch to the calls option just call 282 free from your Tesco Mobile and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
Your free calls or texts last for 30 days and if you’ve topped-up at least £15 during the month then you’ll get your free monthly bonus again the next month. They’ll start on the same day of the month as they did last month. If you forget to top-up then your free monthly bonus will start again within 48 hours of your £15 top-up. We’ll send you a text towards the end of your 30 day period to tell you when your next month’s bonus will start and to remind you to top-up.
How much are the calls and texts?

Once you’ve used up your free monthly bonus then your calls are a low flat-rate of just 20p per minute to UK mobiles and standard UK fixed-lines at any time and texts are just 10p each."

Worth adding, I don't know if you are able to do this but, if you top up by £15 or more every month you may be able to use the 10% discount on regular top-ups thus meaning you only actually pay £13.50.
