Bt Mobile Warning

I would just like to advise people if they get a call from bt mobile asking to join .i did in september 2007 i refused did want it .In october 2007 received 2 bills in my name for bt mobile ,both different accounts.I contacted BT Mobile straight away and told them i had not got a bt mobile let aloan 2 for which the bills had come in even though it said amount due£0.00,the girl adviser said it must be a mistake !on there part ,asked if id received any mobiles said no.This however continued again nov, billed 2 bills each£25.00 ,i the spent hour on phone explaining yet again,sorry are mistake will again stop these .end november came we received bill for £50.00 2 bills again different account number ,rang agin sorry are mistake.
Then in dec received 2 bills yet again for £355.86!each bill so thats x2 so this time i was get bmad and it was getting serious i rang explained yet again ,adviser said it 's are fault and said she would alter the records .Came back after being away for xmas to receive bills from bt mobile thanksfully on opening the balance had gone to "£0.00 on both bills finally i thought theyve sorted it.Nope on 11th jan had 2 letters addressed to me from"WESTCOTT DEBIT AGAENCY"Saying we are Acting on behalf of BT PLC,YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO PAY THE BILL IN FULl received 2 red lettersa both for amounts of £355.86
I proceedured to ring westcott who advised me that thye could do nothing about it i had to contact BT ,up to bt to stop ,as far as they were aware BT HAD PASSED THIS ON TO WESTCOTT TO RECOVER.
Well since then i have been on the phone to BT MOBILE ,not getting any ware ,spoke to some one last week who said that its been a mistake they will try to stop westcott from coming round or going to proceed with court proceedings .Since last tuesday not heard anymore ,spent over 2 hours on phone last night trying to sort this out.
The fact is we are now sitting on a debit that ismine plus now are credit rating will be effected as BT handed over to westcott debit recovery .
Im pulling my hair out ,just makes me so mad nobody at bt seems to give a damn .
I am now fighting for ;
the debit to be handed back to BT
A letter of apology from BT ,
Taking off are credit history which i think may cost ,
also compensation from BT for all the stress ,hassel and sitting on the end of the phone.
I have ME AND FIBRO SO STRESS DOESNOT HELP THE MATTER.
Please if anyone knows of any one high up in BT i can go to for advice pleas elet me know im getting so frustrated with customer services,complaints and managers ive spoken to at bt ,it's now serious matter as far as im concerned.
This was all a result of a phone call asking if i wanted bt mobile and oi said nope not interested .
i would love to hear from anyone who has had same or similar problems with bt
