err hello , you JUDGED that the OP didnt like commercial vehicles parking near her house

if you cant see the irony then i cant help you....
I didn't ask for your help! The OP wrote the word TAXI in great big capital letters, as if being a TAXI makes it worse than any other car, suggesting the OP is worried about the commercial nature of the TAXI.

If you can't read capital letters then I can't help you...

We had a guy down our close cul-de-sac who parked his lorry on the street. I think the rules are different for heavy vehicles, however I called the council and they made him remove it! :D

My parents had a neighbour who did likewise with his huge tipper lorry - in the end he was warned by the council not to park it there. It was a real pain too - the lorry was massive, causing quite an obstruction on the road and more than one person reversing out of a space hit it and damaged their car.

As you might guess, the lorry owner would be the first person to complain if anyone else obstructed his car or took 'his' place ....

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.

A huge tipper lorry ? whats wrong with that , is it because it`s a COMMERCIAL vehicle....(see running horse for clarification)
  • Similar thing has happened to me in the block we live in. One of my neighbours is up in arms that one neighbour parks a Council Kangoo van in his own allocated space one night a week while he's on call. The title deeds (as it's private parking) say that there are to be no commercial vehicles in any area of the car park. My neighbour has been at my door demanding that I stump up my share of solicitors fees to write to the occupant to point out that title deeds state that no liveried vans can be parked in the car park. Seems to have it in his mind that our property values will drop if there are commercial vans in our car park. Ironically, he doesn't have as big a problem when his daughter parked in a flower bed when she was visiting!

Check the deeds for the estate as there may be something in it about parking.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
