Before you go through the process of looking for a new ISP/Telephone provider have you gone through the faults process with Talk Talk to establish why you're getting continual disconnections?

I did and nothing worked. I gave up after being on hold for two hours.

Did they investigate or did you not find out due to being on hold? Its your call but I think if a fault was properly logged & investigated you'd save yourself hassle in the long run.

    Hi
Just rang tiscali, she checked phone line and can move over with no probs. It is still a BT line it is just that talk talk have taken it over. Thought this might help anyone else thinking of moving

If you have moved your line rental to Talk Talk ,Tiscali will not take it over direct. They will only take over BT Lines.
