what do we think to the new site? looks brighter (did a survey for the a while ago re new logo) do you think the prices for rewards have gone up ? i usually get leisure vouchers, can't see them any more, but there are brewers fayre vouchers and they seem a little more expensive, so may have to wait a little longer for next voucher
  • I cant log in. I registered under one email and amended my details a few weeks ago. The updated site doesn't recognise either email address.

They've removed some of the rewards - including Moonpig cards - which were the only reason that I bothered signing up to ipoints! :( Very disappointed with the new site and the rewards available. I won't even mention the number of points that you need to get anything half decent!

I'll still claim ipoints from internet shopping (when you claim at the end and still use Quidco) but won't waste any time otherwise. :(

edit: my mistake, its still there. Still hate the new site tho

They dont seem to have done enough testing of the website before launching it on the web (especially the help part of the website) . It seems that some of the site is in french e.g on the customer query webform next to nature of query it says "choissez un theme" (which I assume means chose a option).

It seems alot like the awful customer service that ipoints have ,I ordered a dvd on October 1st 2007 and still havnt got the dvd or my ipoints back . After 3 weeks I hadnt got it so I enquired about to ipoints and they contacted send it who said it was out of stock. Another 3 weeks went by and it still hadnt arrived so I contacted them inquiring on the status of the order. After another 3 weeks went by before I got a reply asking me whether I had got the dvd and if I hadnt he would chase it up asap. I replied saying I still hadnt got it . It took another 2 weeks for a reply (after I had submitted another query) saying he would contact the supplier (send it) and I should get a reply in 3 working days. So far I have still not got what reply he got from send it. At the begining of this month I requested the order be cancelled and my ipoints be refunded to which I have also had no reply or refund despite my submitting several querys (& this week a couple of emails) . Basically I have had no reply to any querys or emails I have sent to ipoints for nearly a month (and broken promises for 1 month before that).
I have emailed send it myself (who replied within a couple of days) who say the have no instock date and to phone ipoints if I want it cancelled. Has anyone tried phoning ipoints recently if so are they as useless as telephone support as they are in webform/email support (as I dont want to waste money on call charges as well as time on trying to get this matter resolved).
