Dear Linda,
ipoints.co.uk service has been unavailable since 9.58 p.m. last night which may mean that certain transactions which have occurred at your website may not be registered in our database.
It was necessary to take down our website last night as part of our planned migration to a new, improved web platform. The interruption to service has been significantly longer than expected, and the service will now be resumed later this afternoon. This mean that members who have applied to join ipoints during this time will not have been able to, and any points awarded by you during this period will not be registered on our database.
Once the service is live again we will be writing to you with exact details of the period the service was unavailable.
We are very sorry for this unexpected interruption to our service, and for any disruption and inconvenience that this may cause to you and to your members. You can contact me on the number shown below if you wish to discuss this further, otherwise we will be in contact shortly once the service has resumed.
