Anyone got the address I need to write to?

I am on 500 mins and 250 texts £17.50 until next month then it goes back to £35 (some special offer they offered me for a couple of month).

Just using a basic phone as the one I did have is broken

Anyway they phoned last night and said I can have the same price plan without a new phone for £17.50 for 9 months then £35 for 3 months (works out about £23 a month) - Thought that was fairly !!!!!! to be honest.

They also offered me a Samsung U700 same texts/minutes but for £35 a month - fairly !!!!!! I thought, I can get better on the Carphone Warehouse/Phone4u etc

Phone them up dial (121) then go to the option that says "If you are thinking of leaving Vodafone". You will then speak to someone who can disconnect you, they will try and keep you by offering you much better tariff and handset options than the normal people you speak to. If you say that you have seen a deal for this handset with this many minutes and texts for this much a month they may come back with an attractive offer. If they don't tell them you wish to leave.
