stratus web site charges

We have been charged £90 for accessing a !!!!!! web site via a mobile phone which we have never even heard of! Has anyone else had any similar experiences. We are suppoosed to have downloaded 56 pages of !!!!!! photos at £1.50 a page in 20 minutes early on a Sunday morning when we were having breakfast. We have a BT fusion phone and have already had GPRS charges which we have disputed. BT are no help and we have already contacted the payplus watchdog but again no use. Any ideas how to proceed?

Ofcom after payplus watchdog, lodge a complaint they will investigate it all & throughly, you have followed protocol, now the last call that WILL kick !!!!............SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
