how much is your tariff?
some tariffs use mins form your allowance for v/m but the higher ones offer free v/m that doesnt come out of your allowance.
i believe that calling 202 (cust service) from your mobile is free

i am looking at the online 20 tariff, i am not bothered if it comes of mins , just that its not a separate cost per min ,
