I bought a samsung u600 phone last june on a 12 month contract, but today it has stopped working completley and i was just wondering were i stood legally. thanks.

Hi, you should have a 12mth warranty i think, check with your contract provider and they should be able to tell you what to do.
Incidently I had a U600 on an 18mth contract, sent it off for repair once and the problems were still happening 6mths into my contract. I complained to my provider (vodafone) and after a few scheming and dealings managed to get another phone SE K700i (for a small additional cost) which I must say I am much happier with and also had no problems with. This might be worth a shot. Hope this is of some help.0
