Cancelling 02 Iphone contract
Hi Guys, hope you can help.
My brother recently split up with his long term partner but just a few weeks ago he bought her the Iphone with an 18 months 02 contract for £35 per month.
His partner is long gone and has left him with a phone and contract (it is in his name) which he does not need.
Is there any way out of this contact without paying up the entire £35 x 18 months?
Cheers in advance.
Jim

Sounds good. I'll hand deliver it to you in Nottingam. While I'm there you might as well take the contents of my wallet as well.0 -

Unfortunately the paperwork has all been signed and it would assumed he knew what he was signing into. The only possible saving grace would be if the phone "develops a fault" i.e battery life of less than a day, and is taken back to the retailer within 28 days, the contract could be cancelled under the sale of goods/statutory rights0
