is there anywhere i could get cheap estee lauder foundation maybe at the price of a tenner....(not ebay)0

Clinique have discontinued most of their 'gentle light' range. Apparently it did well in the UK, but they make all their decisions on global sales.
I've just bought a pressed powder on Ebay, but would be very grateful to know if anyone spots it being sold anywhere.0 -
I use the 'cheaper' end of the makeup range (apart from Touche Eclat which every girl has to have
) and I've never had any problems, though of course some are better than others. Trial and error.
I get my Rimmel nail polish from the market and it's around £1 - £1.50. I don't use liquid foundation as I don't really need to, but I use Miss Sporty (Superdrug) compact powder over my concealer for £1.99, I use Maybelline mascara (about £4), Boots 17 eyeliner (again about £4) and I rarely use lipstick - the only one I really use is my Natural Collection lipliner & lipstick which were on offer at 99p each!
Most importantly I use eyelash curlers, mine were about £4 from Boots, they're great and really open up your eyes.
At New Year you can pick up some great things in the sales - I got 48 lovely eyeshadows (I love eyeshadow!) for £5 from Superdrug in a black case with a mirror and I even saw them reduced to £3 a huge bargain! Wish I'd bought another as a gift.0 -
kittykate was right that cheaper cosmetic can do the job just as good, as long as it suits the needs. i have many mascara, at the moment, i have the expensive YSL, lancome, mid price fcuk, and the cheaper miss sporty. guess what miss sporty out performed YSL in all aspect except packaging.0

This site has some interesting new bargains. I've bought from them, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Hi some really good sites mentioned here but I can't see one which sells Neutrogena foundation cheap, I've heard it is really good but it is quite expensive. Can anyone point me in the right direction please
Thanks0 -
Earlier in the thread, a few ladies mentioned strawberry net- I just wanted to add I've ordered from them twice (they send you 10-20% discount emails after your first order to tempt you back, hehe) and received a really good level of service from the company- prompt reply to emails, postage discount with multiple items and swift delivery time, considering they're based in the far east (Hong Kong if I remember rightly).
First order I bought a Nina Ricci perfume that I love, but seems so hard to track down in the UK these days, and the second I bought a big declor aromessence- product that utilises essential oils to reduce excess pigmentation. Both good products, Strawberry net comes recommended!0 -
Can understand you mentioning strawberry.net but so long as people realize theres a chance you could get charged tax on delivery from these as they are out of uk. They do state it on thier site to warn people they have no control over this. You have probably been lucky your parcels haven't been checked but they do get checked and its a risk you take when ordering from these places, they are like essentialdayspa great value but you can get charged like a previous poster cat72 mentioned on page 7 of this threadThanx

I have been charged duty twice on orders from s trawberrynet. I then sent photocopies of the receipt (from the postman) and the sticker on the parcel to strawberrynet and, within a few days, my credit card was credited with the full amount of the duty.:jBorn to shop;)0

Wow thats interesting, pity essentialdayspa dont do that as they have some really good prices. Did you send proof by email? It doesn't say anything on thier site that you can claim it back from them. How much did you get charged?Thanx
