No, you wouldnt get the money back, the company state that VAT can be charged and in their email to me say-
Kindly note that we do warn customers about possible duties, and UK customers are unable to proceed with payment until they're acknowledged reading the warning posted. From your order details, I can see that you did, indeed, read & acknowledge this warning:
    I understand the shipping/duties policies.

Nothing against Essential spa but I felt it was only fair to warn anyone that this could happen , as some people might be under the idea that gifts are not taxed and Canadian goods.I knew some people have been considering it and think it is only right they should know it could be a costily experience.
I would recommend DIRECT COSMETICS instead for decleor products as they are cheaper for some products and based in britain plus I use a cashback site like RPOINTS who also give me a bit extra back. A much safer option. Unfortunately I am looking for Benefit dandellion and dont know anywhere cheaper in UK to purchase it !

Yes direct cosmetics are good but they don't have the full range of things but if they have what you want its great.

I enquired with them about products and they told me it's a matter of if they get a bulk bargain they will buy it. She stock is different all the time depending what they have brought on offer.

Cat72 Where did you get that cute little ginger kitten picture from it's so sweet? :)
    Thanx

i must do more up-to-date research on Retin-A then. thanks for the warning, yes please, if you can find that dermotologist's email, i would love to read it.

Superdrug is having half price sales on Ulay Regenerist, do anyone use it before? any good? also saw gemma kidd's cosmetic line have a very similar lip and cheek tint like Benetint but with more practical packaging design, also cheaper, not bad for a substitute.
  • I agree with vellum on Gemma Kidd's lip and cheek tint, I bought it about 2months ago when Boots has an Ad card offer on it and it's much more practical than benetint as it uses a rollerball design.

i heard that benetint can cause mild sting on skin to some people, what about gemma kidd's one? there isn't any sale at the moment so i will wait a bit.
why fcuk ends their vanity cosmetic line?? their lip lubricant is the best i've ever have. used to be £9, they hardly had any sale until last month they got rid of the line completely, it became £2, so i got 3 tubes straight away, afraid that i will never find it again. told a friend and she couldn't find it anymore in boots, so ordered on ebay and got it for about £3.5. what a shame, i really like the product.

No- dandeliion has a very subtile nice glow- you use it sparingily. Im very pale and it is the only think that looks natural and warm on me- I hate looking like aunt sally.
I have a copy of the photos- I have loads of cat ones including moving ones- so will go have a look at the sizes and pm you.HERE and HERE are some you can browse through in the meantime and , but I think the ginger one I have is small- but will lokk out some more- any requests ?

    Thankyou cat72

I will look through those and I found the little ginger one you have on a site I can't remember which now but when I find it I'll put it in this message. It's bigger but has writing over the top from the website but I suppose that can be taken out :)
    Thanx
