Need Case Numbers of those who have successfully won cases against Mobile Rainbow

Hi all

I started legal action against Mobile Rainbow in order to get the cashback amount owed for the full duration of my contract on the grounds that twice before I have had to issue legal proceedings to get cashback following their breach of contract, and want one lump sum to avoid the inconvenience of issuing legal action for each seperate installment.

Anyhow, I would really appreciate the case numbers and if possible any details of the case in question (ie how late MB made payment and whether it was a repeated offence) from people who have taken these cowboys to court and won. This is needed for me to help prove that they repeatedly breach contract terms.

I have sent in my first cashback offer and received nowt - was due on 11th Jan, not even an acknowledgement! I have sent an e-mail today giving them 7 days to respond, I will then be issuing proceedings for the full amount based on their breach of contract... so keep in touch and I'll keep you updated.
