Ok, thank you for the helpful replies - buyer is County Cork - pretty sure that is Southern Ireland When I come to send an invoice, its automatically saying "sellers international sending rate".

    Shall I just contact them?

Cork is in the Republic of Ireland (AKA 'Southern Ireland')
  • Wether its Cork or Timbuctoo it makes no difference the item was listed with free delivery, acording to the seller with no country/ continent limits.
So it boils down to the seller contacting the buyer explaining her mistake and coming to an arrangement. If they dont agree anything then she need not post it and simply refund any monies paid. Worst is she gets some negative feedback and lets face it the feedback system is a joke you get neg feedback when you've been totally ripped off and complain.

You charge £5 for free delivery to someone in the UK?

Edit: That was £5 if no BIN, Free if BIN? What did you charge for international buyers?

Buggy was on buy it now with offers. If buyer made offer they pay p&p, if they BIN free p&p. I put in no charge for internationl buyers, and no mention of charges - listing says sellers standard rate to UK.

Tell them that the sale was for UK only but you are willing to send it to them for the extra money. The buyer will have had to log onto the .co.uk ebay site to buy it if you did not offer it for international sale. Does it have a drop down country list in the P&P section?
