Any Tips to Stop Spending??

I've found that having a set budget is the only way to stop spending. I have a monthly budget stuck on my fridge and on my computers (work and home). I then write or type what I'm spending each day and add it up to see how I'm getting on with my budget. For the first time in my life I know how much I do and don't have to spend - it frightens me to death that I didn't used to have a clue and I'd just buy whatever I wanted! No wonder I ended up in debt!
Also checking my bank account online motivates me not to spend. Again, I used to be too scared to look by the end of the month... so I didn't! Now when I think of what that extra tenner would do to the state of my account, I tend not to get it out.
MSE challenges really help - i.e lunch log challenge. I hate letting other people down!

Hi I dont carry any money in my purse. I only carry loyalty cards. The night before I think ahead of what I will need so I am not caught. So for example if I am in town to buy something but want to avoid buying coffee, i bring my own in a flask and sit on a bench or I do internet shopping so I just shop for what I need rather what I want. This avoids temptation. If I feel the urge to spend I avoid all shops including the local corner shop.I hope it helps.I am full of joy, abundance, wealth and love.I am a money magnet.
