Budget tool -self employed income question

I've been using the budget tool and it's fantastic. However i'm self employed and take out dividends from my Limited company. They are classed as Director's loans. I have a low salary in the budget so it looks like i'm really in the red. Where do I account for the Directors loans in the budget tool so I can see where i'm really at in my spending? Not sure i've got this question in the right forum here....

Wouldn't you just add them to income, thats what they are?
