What is the normal time scale for Paypal Withdrawal requests to go through? or should it be pretty much instant?
  • awww no, easy enough to do though i once went to the petrol station to put diesel in and was only going to put £10 in but ended up putting £25 in because i was to busy looking at the view from the petrol station lol

ptamblin - STP usually send you a confirmation within a few minutes of you asking for a withdrawal and then 24-48 hours later you generally get one from Paypal saying its there. But I'm still waiting on a few from Friday and the weekend and it sounds like a few others are in the same boat - someone on the forum on STP suggested that its because there are so many of us withdrawing all at the same time and there was a bit of a backlog.

    Hope it helps.

  • Yup i'm waiting from ones since the 17th i think the pure volume of people withdrawing means they have a lot to get through so maybe thats it :D
  • As iritating as I found the majority of tracks I miss stp!
  • Can I just have a quick woe is me about star ratings again. I have reveiwed 653 tracks and have an accuracy of 84% and am still a 2 star.

I put a lot of effort into my reviews, they are always more than 3/4 lines and I try to give as much detail as possible. However I am using the full 0-10 scale on my reviews so presumably that is why I can't get my accuracy any higher than 84% and so can't rise to 3 stars.

It's a bit unfair really. I don't want to give people a really good review but only rate between 4-7 so my star rating rises, but at the same time I don't want to be stuck on 2 stars and 6p a track forever.

Will I still get made a 4 star at 1000 tracks as obviously that's going to happen faster than my accuracy rising above 85% at this rate.
  • Sparkle wing i'm not sure

I heard someone saying that stp officials are looking into the rating between 4 and 7 debate and i think they will change it so that your accuracy isnt affected so much when you choose to use the whole scale

I rated a couple of tracks 9 recently as they were awesome but my accuracy took a nose dive which is silly because i was rewarding them for being totally my kind of thing

Hey all, yeah i can see a lot of changes happening in the future on this site, as any site would as it gets bigger and more popular. Not sure what they'd change, but i would recommend maybe changing the relationship between accuracy and star rating as anyone could get 3 stars just by using the 4-7 scale and have no idea about music. Just my opinion.
  • makes sense to me asillars

Changes for the better would make it better for scouts and artists
