I've just signed up to this today.

Enjoying it so far, find im usin the same words quite alot in the reveiws though so i'm sure i'll get picked up on that lol.

Really enjoyed some of the tracks, some are just awful though :rotfl:

I constantly worry about that myself. My problem is largely that i like pretty much everything so 99% of my reviews start of with "yeah i like this". and because i'm not the wordiest person in the world, i do tend to go over the same things again and again so i'm always paranoid they'll pick me up on it and kick me out.

s'pose i could always sign up another account and start again

just wait until you have a bad one - song after song after "acoustic" song. i had one of those days a month or so ago. I lost count of the amount of times I wrote "bland" and "average" on that day ..

Hi guys, i just joined slicethepie.

It lets me review after 60 seconds. Should i be reviewing after the song is finished or reviewing whilst the song is playing.

The first song i reviewed i did it as soon as the first 60 seconds finished and it took me around 2 minutes to review the song after the first 60 seconds.

The song didnt finish and i just moved onto the next song. Is that right or am i meant to listen to the entire song and then submit a review?

It's entirely up to you - some scouts on the site do indeed listen to the whole song and then review, and some listen while reviewing.

Some even start their review when the song starts and paste it in at the minute mark and move on

Whatever you're happiest with, apart from pasting, which is against the T's & C's, you should do.

I think most people would agree you are okay to start at 60 seconds, and only listen to the end if you are really enjoying it, although copy and pasting so you only listen to 67 seconds or something equally teeny is likely to get you banned. Just listen to as much past 60 seconds as you feel you need to get a good idea of the track.

When do i start earning the money? is it when i reach the second star and when do you move onto that? Is it based on how many reviews you do?
