i think I possibly do my ratings a little differently to everyone else. I do my review based on my own feelings of the song, stating what I like about it, what I dont, and how I think the track would be received by the general public. I then use my score to rate at what I think the masses would rate it rather than myself.

that's actually the whole point of the site. with the accuracy as it is at the moment, it's not actually that hard to maintain a mid-90's accuracy.

I dont know, it would seem that a lot of people are rating how good they think the song is.

I'd wager a considerable sum of money that just as many, if not more, are sticking within the 4-7 bracket to maintain accuracy.

the fact that 90% of the songs on there fall within that category anyway helps matters.

It's dificult though, when you get genres you don't like. Like grungy hardcore metal, I find really hard to rate - even if I can see it's technically good I often can't think of anything to say so I have to refresh and get another song. I suppose that's the fairest way to do it - if I have nothing to say then don't say anything!

    well "that", never ;)

i try and do 50 tracks a day and allow two hours for that, and as i'm currently on 4 stars, that works out at £5 per day which i'm happy with.

if i lose a star, which happens fairly regularly considering the current accuracy issues, then i'll just try and do a few more to compensate. but the most amount of songs i've ever done in a single day is 70, and that was actually over the course of 3 seperate sessions yesterday.
  • thanks steve and jason didnt realise it could only take an hour:D

i must admit i get bored after about 20 mins...lol... so i think i will have to forcus myself, as i just want to get as many pennies in my pot as poss..
