I joined last month when the scout room had just ended and have been milling about waiting for it to open, so this is my first go.

I managed to get my ranking up by adding the facebook application, think it was something like 725 - haaaha, guess thats not bad for my first day. My breaks between crap songs is getting longer and longer though. bah.

Been reading this forum for a while though, seems friendly, I notice in some forums, any opinion you have is the wrong one. There always seems to be someone ready to attack you, so I'm usually a reader not a poster.

I've already started humming out the start of the money saving expert song - ha! what a geek!

Yeah people seem really nice in here, I'm a talker in forums but

a) I get easily bored and lost because either they....well...bore me, or I get lost as there are too many posts. So I just stop posting and forget I ever had an account. and

b) People don't listen to me and i just end up talking to myself! which can result in situation a above!

But here it's good because there is a reason for me being here- money (obviously) and everyone is in it to help eachother out and share ideas etc....yeah, tis good.

I told you I talk to much.

Hahahaha, I know the feeling, I'm pretty sure I have accounts all over the place. And one of my main worries is that I end up talking to myself!! - thats happened plenty of times in chat rooms before - makes me feel like I have a mental problem, people just keeping clear.

I have just given my first truly bad review, I couldn contain my hatred
'I cant take this track seriously - its just someone screeching down a microphone- I could do that! I'm sure my throat would hurt afterwards. It makes no sense, there is nothing here to make me want to listen again. I can only thank the drummer and guitarist for playing loud and well and drowning a bit of the screaming out.' - is that a bit harsh? I felt the urge to type an essay and worst of all my browser got stuck so it kept streaming and I couldnt turn it off.. .....They might hunt me down and eat me.

Haha nice one, that's just taking the pee that isnt it, it getting stuck on the one you hate the most! I have to admit I have not said anything like that, but then again I havent had a heavy metal one. I have said harsh things though, and my accuracy is 90% so I figure the feeling is mutual for most.

My moment was when i hit play,listened to about 5secs got distracted for a few mins, came back and hit rewind and it didnt work....I was like erm....what do i write now? I knew it was guitary from the first 5 secs so gave i a 5 rating and said, yeah nice lyrics, ok guitar, yeah, ok,....... and blagged it. hrm. I'm off to sleep now, happy scouting!!

If you do get eaten...at least you've told me, I'll get em back for you. give them a 1 or something.......teehee

Jeeso! I'm writing six lines in each review, trying to give as much constructive input as possible and I'm still down at one star. Poop. I think instead of me having any specific targets for STP on a monthly basis, I'll just make what I make and that can cover any ebay fees or purchases I need for my hobby.

Well I figured I would add my 2 pence worth to this forum finally, i've been a member on STP since November and have made over 14 quid since then , but decided recently to really step it up ( too late it seems !! ), I am working on getting to 3 Stars as I have been stuck in 2 stars forever.
One thing I have in my favour is that I now live in America so all the small amounts I make reviewing these tracks are doubled, If i can make over 20 quid a month that covers my Cellphone bill every month !!

Wow seems like there was some 'tracks that didn't quite hit the spot' on here last night aka pile of poo! I'm beginning to think that I spoke way too soon yesterday saying stuff was good as I've just heard 4 absolute howlers and try as I could I think I struggled to say anything constructive as the only choice would really have been to go and get a nice job in a bank and forget the 'biz'. :rolleyes:

Fingers crossed for some better tunes this morning.

ok just making coffee . just dropped little one at pre-school (screaming no mummy i hate school) , sniff sniff hate to leave him like that. so now on to earning a few pennys (pennys being the word now by the look of it). we all ok today then ??. thats 6p done and the kettles not boiled lol

Hi - I had that with my little one today, got round it with promise of helping with pancakes later - picture me later on scrubbing the results from the kitchen floor, ceiling, cat etc.

My first 4 were howlers (literally) and the next one is deeply objectionable on just about every level!
