My mom only found this today and we're both on incapacity benefit and DLA. (I was awarded DLA at the end of last year). We never received the £60 as we would have noticed the extra money, and I was wondering if it should have been for 2009, 2010 and coming up in Jan-March 2011?

Also, do you think they would back pay us as we didn't receive it?

It was a one off in 2009. No idea on back pay

you had to be on dla or incap on the 12th december 2008 IT WAS A 1 OFF AND HAS NOT BEEN REPEATED IT WAS PAID BETWEEN JAN MAR 2009
