rubbish samsung f700 more faulty after repair than before

I got a samsung f700 from vodafone before christmas. The screen locked up constantly so I couldn't disconnect phone calls for up to 2 minutes after I had finished them, could enter pass codes, change the volume etc. And it was sluggish and non resposive to the extreme when navigating around the phone.

The phone went off to be repaired, came back. It's worse than before it went. Now one of the touch screen icons doesn't work!! On top of all the problems before.

I wanted a new model, as I really don't see why i should send it back again less than a week after the last repair. But it has to go back 3 times before that happens

My arguement was that as all they did last time was flash the firmware, it it made no diffference other than to be worse, surely thats all they will do next time, and what difference will it make. If it hasn't worked before.

I want a phone that works now, not in a couple of weeks time after vodafone have messed aroubd with it trying to get it working

really not impressed!
