This Thursday, 16th April, Toluna is increasing the value of your points!! Previously, a total of 80 000 points gave the opportunity to apply for an Amazon voucher worth £12, but by this Thursday, this voucher value will increase to a substantial £15! Don’t miss out, continue to enjoy taking part in our online surveys.

Yes on a positive note it is good that they said they will replace them.
Winning vouchers that can't be used isn't a prize - it's like winning voucher that have expired - so replacing them is the least they should do, especially as members redeem points to enter the prize draws.
But I've no idea when I will receive the replacements as they are ignoring emails.0 -

As for whether you'll get it on time, it's anyone's guess. I'm still waiting for one with a date for the end of March :cool:0 -
wow ive been waiting months for a voucher that never turns up, are they still sending them out???0

OMG I've actually got enough points for a voucher! Points total jumped about 6,000 yesterday so ordered myself a £15 Debenhams voucher. Hope to move later in the year so it will all help towards housey stuff - reading this thread it may arrive by the autumn!! x0

Has anybody managed to actually get points for doing the surveys linked to the sponsored polls? I've done loads now and don't seem to have been credited with anything. To make it even more awkward, lots of them don't show the project IDs or the number of points available to it will be difficult to chase Toluna about them.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0

E-mailed Toluna about the voucher due 29/3 and after their initial e-mail told me to check my spam folder (to which I pointed out it was a paper Love2shop voucher) got the following reply
"We have now sent all Love2Shop voucher up until January 23rd. As yours was ordered on the 12th of February I can assure that yours will be sent with the next batch to the post address listen on your profile."0 -
I ordered Love2Shop vouchers on 8th March and promised delivery on 27th April. It seems a little quicker than usual.0

Take my tip and don't do them if there is no indication of any ID and rewards points for them! That's unless you actually LIKE wasting your time for nowt! I stopped doing these ages ago for the same reason! I seldom got the points and, as you say, you can't chase them up with Toluna then! I tried once and they said with no survey number, it was impossible! You'd think they wouldn't allow these sorts of surveys on the site, but unfortunately they do. It's up to people not to bother with them under these circumstances. They would stop then. Otherwise, they'll just carry on. They are a con!
Personally, I'm only waiting for my last voucher and then I'm off! I'm sick of having to continually chase up my points and vouchers - it makes for the whole thing being worse than slave labour - with all the extra time involved! There are far fairer and more reliable survey companies out there, where you actually get your points either immediately after a survey, or certainly within 28 days and your rewards are sent within no more than a month after application!
