I can't access it either.

For the past few days the site has been running very slow, and yesterday they did a server upgrade (I think).

I could access Toluna earlier today, but on the blink now.

I'm still awaiting for my vouchers, ordered 29/01 expected 29/03. I have sent them a few emails about them in the last week, but no-one has replied. I'm so glad i'm not the only one.

I have waited a while to receive Love2Shop vouchers but what has concerned me most is getting vouchers for the prize draw I won in January.

Details below (copied from my opinion at Toluna).

Toluna sent me £75 in Thresher vouchers, which are not being accepted in stores as the company is in administration. So in other words, they’re worthless.

I notified Toluna and they responded promptly, apologised and asked me to return them for a replacement. I returned them to France, at my own expense, and Toluna acknowledged they received them and on 12 March said that would be able to send me Sainsbury’s vouchers instead, which I agreed.

They wrote in the email that I would be getting the vouchers by the end of the following week (20 March). I hadn’t received them by 24 March so I sent them an email to state this and to ask them to confirm whether or not they had been sent.

As yet I haven’t had a reply. I sent another email on 29th March, still no reply to that one either. As a last ditch attempt I sent another email yesterday (6th April).

I just want to know what is going on and feel angry that Toluna is just ignoring my emails. I’m really disappointed with Toluna and from this moment on won’t be participating in any surveys or polls.

Update for everyone waiting on L2S Vouchers, just had this email through from toluna regarding them:
Hello,


Thank you for your email.

These vouchers haven't been sent out yet due to the logistic problems.
We are aware of this problem and vouchers will be sent as soon as they are available. We dispatched all vouchers ordered before 23/01/2010.
Your voucher will be sent in the next batch. Thank you for your patience.

I think that is Great of Toluna to replace them

I am also waiting for £30 of love2shop voucher and i have enough points to redeem for another £30. However Toluna is running so slow for me and some times not even loading.

Toluna's website seems to have been having problems for the past week or so with pages slow loading.

Not had any surveys from Toluna for weeks now even though i do the sponsered polls and then i get nine today!

Only qualified for one - that was a 20 minute survey which took nearly 45 minutes to complete!
