Is there a simple way to sort out music on laptop from windows media player, and transfer to phone? At the moment I have stuff on phone which I do not particularly want, and want to put music of laptop onto playlists on phone.

I have a 1GB M2 adaptor card, which is full, so need to do some switching around.

Please help a technophobe!!!
