    you been on the Sangria:beer:

Anyway, Ryanair to GERONA could be cheaper, there is a bus to Barca station from the airport and takes about an hour. Look on Ryanair site for details.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Theres a great irish bar on Ferran Street, staff are friendly and there are loads of screens for watching footie. Apart from that, most of the bars in that area are lively. Beware of pickpockets though. Some scumbag managed to unzip my bag, take out my (huge) purse and zip my bag up in the space of a few seconds on the tube. Also, beware of the prostitutes. My friend asked me (a bit too loudly) "are they hookers, they look like it?" they heard us and chased us half way up the street! :rotfl:

We stopped off in an Irish bar on the corner of Carrer de Ferran, i'm assuming its the same one. It had football on some screens with the sound turned down and a music channel on other screens, which also had the sound tuned down but had completely different music playing from a cd, which i find very annoying! We only stayed for 1 drink, a small coke each, which cost about 7 euros! So I would not recommend this place money saving wise!
