Important Insert By Martin: This type of bread is specially for those who can't eat normal bread; please show consideration and only go for this freebie if its appropriate for you. We dont want to deprive those who need it of the stock

welsh-dragon : I'm not sure that this bread is yeast free? it's gluten free for sure.
When I wasn't eating yeast or gluten I was having "sourdough bread", it's so dense cos it doesn't have the yeast to rise it. You need about a pint of water to get each mouthful down hehe
Hopefully this freebie will be better then the Tesco "free from" bread I get, it tastes like stale bread and falls apart. I only eat it cos sandwiches are convenient for work. Wish there was more gluten free snacks available in normal shops.
Nightmare for me as I don't eat diary or gluten and I'm also veggie!!0
