My grandparents live in Moraira and it's very good, there are lots of restaurants, the majority of people speak English, the beaches are lovely and there are a couple of supermarkets which will sell everything that you need. Not sure about the weather in March, I think it should be warmer than the UK!
**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Hi All
Thanks for the wonderful replies - We have stayed in Spain many times but with a 8 month old baby in party we were a little concerned as to what we could get there etc. the websites gievn were fab and the webcam for teulada beach is brill, weather has been brill as well looking at site, last year in jan we were in Alicante for weekend and it topped 21C on the sat and we sat on pavement cafe eating lunch in tee shirts, so I know how it can be good, but advice on nights was good too, there is heating in villa and also pool can be heated too so we all looking forward to it, we are about 5 mins by car from beach and looking at restaurants we shant starve!!! My daughter has organised it all for 8 adults and 1 baby she got villa, plane and car hire (3 cars) all in for £180 each so we are all well chuffed!!Thanks again 4 yr replies......Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. :beer:0 -
Wife's sister has a place in Calpe, just down the road. We have been to the beach at El Portet de Moiraira, very nice !
Moiraira isn't very large, a few shops etc. Calpe is probably the nearest decent sized town - lot of choice there.0
