.......QT, do you actually do anything yourself or do you just have lots of staff? :D

Welcome gloomgurlie to our little band. Try to cheer up though - like Paul Harvey said "I've never seen a monument erected to a pessimist." :)

lolol..ajax i usually do everything myself but I have been in all day doing coursework that has to be in on thurs, and because my friend is at the shop i asked her to get it....as for my other m8, she is the best at doing pancakes and she makes them for me with little eggs, as I can't stand the things!

Infact I cook for my house mates EVERY week and they get some good quality food...the defence rest your honour!

Tadaa, welcome, I share your problem with weekends and wine... Wine goes well with popcorn and girly movies in my world... But it is a very bad habit... Because I'm not very good at making that bottle last more than an evening lol. Damn. Good luck with the WL tho :)

Lol the contents of any wine bottle in my sights never get to see the light of day again :rotfl:

Well done to everyone who has lost weight..I am pleased to report that despite spying a peant chunky kitkat in the cupboard, I am having chicken stirfry for dinner! But I still need to drink more water...any tips gratefully recieved!
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

Oh poor Delly..... you're really not a happy little bunny are you?
  • Grr. 1lb on this week. Not that I'm at all sulky about it. Much. I don't get it... I stayed well within my points allowance, I've made sure I had breakfast most days, the only thing I did differently was go to WI *after* I'd eaten lunch this week... But that wouldn't add on to me would it?! Oh well. Just gonna have to work extra hard this week!

I'm not doing pancakes, I'm rubbish at making them and I really can't be bothered! Besides, I like my pancakes with chocolate chips, and that would be naughty :P

Well done to all those that have lost - there's some great ones been posted already!

Pix, it may well be down to WI after lunch. Personally I'd forget about it, put it down to the change of time and get back to doing things as consistently as possible.
  • Made everyone pancakes and had two myself, though they weren't the same with frylight! I don't think I even enjoyed them, but ate them all the same!

MissyG - No it's not too personal. Basically I did an inventory of how much things cost in the house, room by room, the insurers want to know the cost of things like floor coverings, furniture, high risk items, other items (books, toys ect) and garden furniture and stuff. I don't know about you - but I don't have much garden furniture in my lounge, bathroom or bedrooms! It was all a bit odd, but no I didn't have to specify individual items just an overall figure for each group of objects. I did a more detailed one for myself just so I knew whats what though. I am still waiting though, I phoned them tonight and they never got back to me so I am a bit miffed! Want it all done and dusted!

Anyhow, I'm off to do some work for School now, as I am getting way behind with my profiles!

    Take care all xx

    Hi there

A big well done to all those who've lost lbs. Pixie - don't worry, you will probably be back down again next week. I'm not having pancakes today but I treated myself to one of those chocolate snowballs instead. Marshmallow with choc and coconut round outside - 80 cals. I lovvvve them so much. But there are 5 left in pack.......will just have to keep busy!
Not weighing myself til next week cos have only been cutting down for 4 days - my excuse. Ha ha.
