Got my RBS card today,done my BT,just realised cannot see,operate or pay account on-line or by phone or debit card.
Looks like the only options are post,DD or pay at another bank who may charge a "small fee".
Anyone know if I`ve missed anything and does NatWest, who RBS own, charge for paying CC bill at their branches.0
