Thanks for your quick reply i'm sorry i explained my problem bad. What i mean is i want to pay for the hotel with cash and the flight with my voucher. I had already done what you have explained but it seems to only allow a hotel not a flight booking.

Just off the phone (01925 848837)spoke to a very nice helpful man called Antony who did exactly what i needed. He then checked the system and found a problem at their end. So success off to Malta in too weeks time for £25.75 return. That's what i had to pay for one night in a hotel that i don't need. If anyone wants it on 3rd June they can have it.:beer:

I had open the airmiles duo cc account before the 1500miles offer at a bank branch and i was credted with only 50 miles. i am still building up my miles- being a bit of a uphill struggle. i am wondering if i can still get the 1500miles and what to do?

should i cancel and reopen again?

Cheers glenderg - been having the exact same problem (well, different dates and destination but otherwise 'exact' ) and will try the number you suggest tomorrow.

Will report back on my success (hopefully). Presumably all went well for glenderg and the Malta trip worked out ok!

Am hoping to similar and find a cheaper hotel alternative. Have some other airmiles but don't want to waste them towards a partial stay at an expensive hotel when they could serve us better another time...

I found the Norfolk, Hagley Road in Birmingham can be had for about £32.50 for room only.

Anyone found any cheaper hotels??

I had problems using my voucher too, had to ring up. They are very helpful when they finally answer!!
