Please Help Nokia 6111 behaving badly!!

Can anyone advise me on this one?
I got a new 6111 from Tesco mid december and up until friday it was working fine then it started showing the "no voice tags" display repeatedly and the volume display just appears by itself. I have tried restoring the factory settings but it wont accept the security code even though I havn't changed it from the original number.
Really stressing now so any help would be appreciated

I suspect it's the phones software is maybe faulty

speak to Tesco cust services about getting it repaired

The phone is probably set up to detect voice tags so every time you make a noise it is trying to access a voice tag that doesn't exist... try reading the manual to find out how to switch the voice tag activation off... this might help...

Back up all data and do a master reset first.

If this doesn't work you have to get software reflashed.

It is the Sony Ericssons that have the magic word for voice dialling so it wouldn't be the above posters answer.

With Nokias you have to press a button to activate voice dialling.
