suggestion for new board..

ok this might sound a silly one to alot of people.. but what about

a hobby and interest board...

why i am suggesting this.... is that a hobby that i started more or less 25 years ago has now lead me to start my own business....ok it has diverted slightly from my orginal hobby but.. it still stemmed from there..

also just to throw some ideas into the pot....

my hubby likes fishing.... so there could be hints and tips on what fish is in season... where to buy special offers for equipment.. what to with suprlus fish that he has caught..

my son likes his model trains....and it is sooo expensive to buy new.. so we trawl the auctions etc.. and the internet for site that do free printable sheets of bricks etc that in the right scale for the model... these sheets to buy from shops and trade stalls are quite expensive... my son is only 11 and when he is old enough he wants to start a mail order/website as a full time job.....


there could be moneysaving tips for hobbyists etc.....

and collectors too.... my friend has over a 1000 pigs.... of various discriptions.. china....plastic etc.. ( no real ones though)

i better go now.... before i really do make a pratt of myself by suggesting this...:rolleyes:

I'm liking Hobbies, and Supermarkets too!

I would say not to make the Supermarkets a sub board, because I never look at them. I'm sure there would be enough to make its own board?

i agree... i love to make my own card but have a very small family and friends circle that i have a large collection now and no idea what to do with them other than give them away.... any tips would be great
