hi everyone,
i was hoping that someone might be able to help me.
i have a pay as you go phone with orange, and for a while now have thought that my credit seems to be going very fast. i haven't really kept a check on it in the past, but since topping up the other day i have been tracking it closely.
Last night i had a balance of £19.60, i signed up to manage my account online, and this also said i had the same balance. A little later i phoned 453 to check it and it said £3.45, What!! so i kept checking it and the balance kept going up and down. This has happened to me before, and then went up to what i trusted was the right amount of credit. (sorry to go on).
However last night my credit only went back up to £18.95, i hadn't called or txt anyone, yet i had lost 65p. I have no idea how long this has been going on, and how much money orange have taken from me!!
please help! charley:p

Think you need to call Orange about this one. They should be able to verify that you've not made calls or texts, and should investigate what's going on.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
i forgot to say, I did phone orange this morning, but iv'e got to wait 24hrs for the system to updates and they can see calls have been made, or should i say not made! I was just wondering if this might be a problem that others have had.

I have this problem as well. I just phoned 453 about 7 times and my credit yoyo'ed from 4p to £20! I think it should be about £18. I emailed them in December and they said they are aware of the problem and it's now sorted. Hmmm. Have emailed them again today. I will see what they say. What did they say to you?

I had £45 of credit on my payg account this morning. 1 hour later it's all gone , and I didn't even use the phone! Not first time something like this has happened with Orange. They are investigating it. Won't hold my breath though.:(0

A friend of mine had the same problem. I put £10 credit on her phone for her about half hour later it had virtually all gone. She finally got it sorted a company was downloading "stuff" and was charging her £1.50 a time.
My daughter had the same problem and ended up changing her number.0
