item lost in post, buyer notifying me after a month, what do i do?

    Standard post for me..I trust my buyers far more than I trust Royal mail. If I send an average of 100 parcels a month it would cost me £70 to send them allr ecorded, I would have to lose a lot of parcels to make that sort of money up.

    If someone claims a loss from me I refund and reclaim from the RM using a COP.

    However, for items over £34 I will always use special delivery.
