non cashback contract

I have finally escaped CPW and am looking for a plain contract, no cashbacks, no automatic credits (which never arrive) just a phone and a contract.

I am looking at the SE W910i with 3 and through the 3 shop online I can get this on an 18 month cotract as follows:

500 units mix and match for £18 plus £7 a month compulsory video calling giving a monthly charge of £25. I will also go through Quidco for a possible £47.50.

This is the first time I have done a straight non cashback deal, is there anything I have overlooked to get any further discounts or any other money saving advice ? In particular I wonder if anyone has ever managed to get them to remove the video calling bit (I don't want that) if they phone up? I've just been done to the 3 shop but they don't offer this phone at all , in fact they had very little choice, so it will be an online deal.
