  • :j I got my points!!!:j

Thanks everyone for putting up with me during this greatly stressful time :D

However I didn't get any for the google active member thingy... :(

I am so frustrated with PB, I've just had a response to my email to them yesterday and guess what? I'm not on the file, apparently, which is why I've not got any points (even though I have), and they're still waiting for ANOTHER file from amazon. They haven't got any type of minute (small not time) clue about what's going on on their own site!

I've just sent them this email:

Dear Rachel, if you had looked at my account before you sent this email you would have noted that the Amazon points were credited to my account this morning, the day after I sent the email asking where the points were. I'm very interested to learn how the points were credited if I was not on the file? Thanks, Caroline
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Morning everyone, just a bit of a rant really!! I spent £330 with eBay before Christmas and Pigsback Customer service are trying to tell me that I only earnt 35 points for the transaction! As I am an eBay seller it is quite easy for me to work out that i should get 396 for the Fees that eBay have earnt x the 35 piggypoints. A certain lady at CS seems to think that 35 points is sufficient and continued to tell me that I must have worked it out on how much I spent? Which in that case would be 11550 points! How are we to know what we are supposed to be earning when CS cant even work it out! I hope that noone has missed out on valuable points due to this? It seems such hard work with PB nowadays, Im still waiting for Birthday points from beginning of December!!

I would send them a screen shot showing the 35 points per pound and ask them how they calculated your points (according to the Ebay only got £1 in Sellers fees!!)

So pigsback are tring to say that ebay only made £1 from the £330 you spent on there, hence your 35piggy points - I very much doubt it!!!

I've had similar in the past. I was told that my name was not on the file so I couldn't have any points. When I queried this they all but accused me of lying and said that they had checked their records and I had not been on the pigsback site on the day I was claiming to have ordered... a week later the points appeared.
blimey dont think i could hold my tongue if they said that, disgusting customer service, makes you wonder they really dont know what theyre doing, its all pot luck it seems

i got google points too but i barely use the site, just do the questions each day which is what all of 3mins, are there really that few people on there that spend that little time...why am i not suprised, oh well all helping me get my final voucher
